About Me:

I’m a Puerto Rican therapist, storyteller at heart, and a passionate advocate for helping people break free from painful patterns. I founded Hundreds of Stories Counseling Services with a mission to create a warm, culturally competent space where high-achieving adults, perfectionists, and those who recovering from narcissistic or emotionally immature relationships can feel truly seen, heard, and supported.

My Approach:

As a Narrative Therapist grounded in postmodern and strengths-based models, I believe therapy should be a collaborative process where you’re empowered to rewrite your story and reclaim your voice. I don’t see you as a “problem to fix” but as a person with incredible resilience who deserves support in navigating the patterns that no longer serve you.

I work with you to identify the stories you’ve carried, like “I’m never enough,” or “I have to be perfect to be loved.” Together we will gently challenge them so you can build new ways of seeing yourself and relating to the world. Therapy with me isn’t about judgment; it’s about curiosity, safety, and hope. My goal is to walk alongside you as you uncover your strengths, build healthier relationships, and step into a life that aligns with your values, not the fears or expectations you inherited.

Outside of Session:

You can find me writing stories, playing guitar, connecting with loved ones and hanging out with Allen, my one-eyed orange cat who reminds me daily of resilience and the beauty in imperfection. I believe in living a life with intention, joy, and meaning.

Location and Availability:

I offer virtual therapy for clients across the state of Connecticut. I’d be honored to support you on your healing journey.
